Tootsie's Orchid Lounge Set to Reopen in Panama City Beach

Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, the renowned country music hotspot, is making a much-anticipated return to Panama City Beach.

The new venue is slated to open in February 2026 at the former location of the iconic Spinnaker Beach Club on Thomas Drive.

After closing its doors at Pier Park in 2023, Tootsie's owner, Steve Smith, saw an opportunity to revitalize the beloved Spinnaker site.

"Sparky and Spinnaker just fell in our lap, and it was evidently meant to be," Smith remarked.

The new establishment will feature live performances from top country artists, with names like Luke Bryan, Riley Green, and Cole Swindell already in discussions to grace the stage.

"It just goes on and on; all these guys are good friends of ours," Smith added.

In preparation for the grand opening, Tootsie's is looking to hire approximately 200 staff members.
