Three Chances to Win Big While Supporting Premier Athletics Athletes, Programs and Future Gym Improvements |
Premier Athletics of Northwest Florida is getting ready for another competitive cheer season, and the Panama City community has three chances to win some impressive local prizes while helping support area athletes.
The Premier Athletics Season Kickoff Raffle is underway now, with tickets priced at just $10 each. The drawing will be held September 3, 2026, and winners do not have to be present to win.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will help support Premier Athletics athletes, programs and future gym improvements, according to the event flyer.
More Than Two Decades of Cheerleading in Panama CityPremier Athletics of NWFL has been part of the Panama City cheerleading community since 2003, when the organization was founded as Premier Cheerleading. The program describes itself as one of the oldest and most successful All-Star cheerleading gyms in the Florida Panhandle.
The gym offers competitive All-Star cheerleading opportunities for both girls and boys, with its 2026–27 team information listing athletes from approximately ages 4 through 18 and skill levels ranging from beginners to elite cheerleaders.
Premier Athletics also provides training opportunities in cheerleading, tumbling and stunting, including open-gym sessions where athletes can work on those skills.
Now, supporters have an opportunity to help those programs while potentially taking home one of several prize packages. |
Three Chances to Win
The fundraiser includes three major prize packages, along with numerous additional prizes donated by area businesses.
1st Prize
The first-place package includes:
For someone who enjoys getting out on the Gulf, this prize package could make for a pretty memorable Northwest Florida adventure.
2nd Prize
The second-place package continues the coastal theme with:
Between fishing, paddling and a little shade on the beach, this package is built for enjoying the outdoors along the Emerald Coast.

The third-place winner gets a package centered around relaxation and self-care, including:

The raffle doesn't stop with the three main packages.
Additional prizes shown on the fundraiser flyer include experiences and gift certificates from local attractions and businesses such as Mini Golf, Topgolf, WonderWorks, Race City, Kingdom Splash, family photography, local restaurants, SkyWheel tickets, Shuckums Oyster Pub & Seafood Grill and Mr. Maine's Pizza, along with several other prizes.
It is also a nice example of local businesses coming together to support youth athletics in Bay County.
How to Participate
Raffle tickets are $10 each, giving participants three different chances to win one of the featured prize packages.
You can purchase tickets from any of the Cheerleaders.

The gym currently lists regular hours as Monday through Friday from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m., with weekends available by appointment.

Supporting Local Athletes One Ticket at a Time
For Premier Athletics families, the Season Kickoff Raffle is about more than winning a fishing trip or beach gear. Funds raised will go back into supporting athletes, programs and improvements at the gym as competitors prepare for another season.
And with tickets costing only $10 and prize packages featuring several recognizable Panama City and Panama City Beach businesses, the raffle gives the broader community an easy way to support local youth athletics.
The drawing takes place September 3, so anyone interested in participating will want to get their raffle tickets before then.

Does anyone know what the gym hours are for open gym?

To be honest, I never really followed cheer, but I respect anything that builds confidence for kids.
