Dolly Day 9-25 Brings a Little Country Sparkle to St. Andrews |
Little Village and FINNS Island Style Grub celebrate Dolly-inspired fun with costumes, karaoke, art, photo opportunities and an evening of community in Historic St. Andrews. |

Break out the rhinestones, big hair and your favorite country-inspired outfit because Dolly Day is coming to Historic St. Andrews.
On Friday, September 25, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Little Village will host Dolly Day 9-25, a Dolly Parton-inspired evening combining music, creativity, food and plenty of opportunities to embrace a little over-the-top country glamour.
The celebration takes place at 2808 W. 12th Street in Panama City, the waterfront home shared by Little Village and FINNS Island Style Grub in St. Andrew’s. Public event listings confirm Little Village and FINNS as the setting for the September 25 celebration.
What Would Dolly Do?
One of the activities planned for the evening is appropriately called “What Would Dolly Do?”
It fits the spirit of a celebration inspired by a performer known not only for country music, but also for humor, generosity, individuality and an unmistakable sense of style.
Visitors can expect an evening that doesn't take itself too seriously. Dolly Day is shaping up as the kind of St. Andrews gathering where dressing up is encouraged, singing loudly is perfectly acceptable and a few rhinestones certainly won't hurt.
Dress Like Dolly
One of the highlights will be the Dolly Costume Contest, giving guests an excellent excuse to go all-in.
Think sequins, rhinestones, fringe, boots, colorful outfits and, of course, some impressively big hair.
Even those who don't enter the contest should have plenty of chances to capture the evening with Dolly-themed photo opportunities planned around Little Village. It could make this one of those events where you'll want to have your phone ready, and maybe bring a friend who's willing to take a few pictures.
Karaoke Takes Center Stage
It wouldn't be much of a Dolly celebration without music.
Karaoke is part of the evening, opening the door for guests to step up and sing their favorite songs. Whether that means attempting a Dolly Parton classic or simply joining the fun with another country favorite, expect audience participation to be a big part of the night.
You don't have to be a professional singer. Dolly Day appears to be much more about having fun than hitting every note.
Art, Books and a Little Creativity
Dolly Day also includes a Make & Take Art Project, giving guests an opportunity to create something during the celebration and take it home afterward.
A Little Free Library activity is also planned, adding a book-loving element to the evening.
Those activities help make Dolly Day more than simply a costume party or karaoke night. It mixes music and entertainment with creativity and community, the kind of combination that fits naturally into Little Village's laid-back St. Andrews atmosphere.
Grab Some FINNS Grub
Guests won't have to leave the celebration when hunger hits.
FINNS Island Style Grub operates right alongside Little Village and will provide the food for the evening. FINNS describes its philosophy as keeping things “small, fresh, and simple,” with food prepared without fryers or microwaves. Its St. Andrews menu includes favorites such as grilled mahi-mahi fish tacos, shrimp tacos, jerk chicken, burritos, bowls, salads and nachos.
That makes it easy to turn Dolly Day into dinner and an evening out in St. Andrews.
