PCB Seafood Festival Returns to Panama City Beach October 9–11 |
Fishing rodeo action and Grand Lagoon fireworks anchor a free waterfront weekend |

The waterfront at Capt. Anderson’s Marina will turn into one of Panama City Beach’s busiest fall gathering spots when the second annual PCB Seafood Festival returns October 9–11, 2026.
The free three-day community event brings together fresh seafood, local vendors, live music, family activities and the excitement of the PCB Fishing Rodeo at the marina on Grand Lagoon.
Festival hours are Friday from 5 to 9 p.m., Saturday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
More than 80 local vendors are expected, giving visitors plenty to browse between meals, music and fishing-rodeo weigh-ins.
Seafood is the centerpiece, with organizers highlighting dishes such as oysters, shrimp boils, fish tacos and crab cakes, along with local and specialty food trucks.
Capt. Max’s will also be serving drink specials, cocktails and cold beer during the weekend.
Families can make a full day of it thanks to a Kids’ Zone with bounce houses and the marina setting along Grand Lagoon.
The fishing rodeo adds another layer of waterfront action, with anglers bringing catches to the scales while festival crowds get a close-up look at the competitive side of the local fishing scene.
The festival also serves as the closing-weekend celebration for the Panama City Beach Fishing Rodeo, which runs October 3–11 at the same marina.
The rodeo is now a fundraising initiative of the Bay County Artificial Reef Association, with proceeds supporting artificial reef projects and marine education in local schools.
That connection gives the weekend a distinctly local flavor, pairing a community seafood celebration with the fishing culture that is closely tied to Bay County’s waters.
The marketplace is another reason to walk the grounds, with handcrafted goods, coastal art and souvenirs from local artisans joining the food vendors.
Friday, October 9 opens at 5 p.m. with a welcome to the second annual festival.
A Tuna Dip Contest is scheduled for 6 p.m., while Black Rayne provides live entertainment from 5 to 9 p.m.
Saturday, October 10 starts early for the fishing side of the weekend, with scales opening at 10 a.m. before the seafood festival opens at 11 a.m.
Purple Rayne is scheduled to perform from noon to 4 p.m., followed by another Tuna Dip Contest from 3 to 5 p.m.
Chris Wade takes the stage from 4 to 6:30 p.m., and Mick & May close out the music lineup from 6:30 to 9 p.m.
Fishing-rodeo scales close at 7 p.m., while the seafood festival’s current schedule continues until 9 p.m.
Sunday, October 11 brings another full day, with scales opening at 10 a.m. and the festival opening at 11 a.m.
Gr8ful Dads are scheduled from noon to 3 p.m., followed by the Will Thompson Band presenting a 90s Country Tribute from 3 to 6 p.m. with special guests Alex Napier, Mitch Pierson and Lesley Perdue.
At 5 p.m., the fishing-rodeo scales close and the closing ceremony begins, marking the end of the competitive fishing portion of the weekend.
The festival’s finale arrives at 8:30 p.m. with fireworks over Grand Lagoon, giving visitors one more reason to stay through Sunday evening.
The event takes place at Capt. Anderson’s Marina, 5550 N. Lagoon Drive in Panama City Beach.
Admission is free, making this an easy weekend option for families, seafood fans, anglers and anyone looking for live entertainment on the waterfront.
One schedule note is worth knowing before you go: the seafood festival and marina currently list Saturday hours through 9 p.m., while the fishing rodeo’s separate schedule lists the Saturday festival window through 7 p.m.
For festival planning, the seafood festival and marina schedules support the 9 p.m. Saturday closing time, but visitors may want to check for any last-minute schedule updates before heading out.
With food, fishing, live music, local shopping, a Kids’ Zone and a Sunday-night fireworks finale packed into one waterfront weekend, the PCB Seafood Festival is shaping up as a lively October stop for locals and visitors alike.
Pirates of the High Seas & Renaissance Fest is also going on October 9-11, 2026 in Panama City Beach. |
