Harbor Counseling LLC, is owned and operated by Lois Collier, LMHC. Lois Collier received her Masters Degree in Psychology and Counseling in 2019 from Troy University. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults with ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, and other behavioral and mood disorders. Our outpatient programs are for patients who do not need the structure or security of an inpatient setting but require a level of care beyond traditional outpatient services.
