At SweetBay, we see things differently. We don’t design homes that are simply lived in. We design homes that inspire. And we build a community around them. Here, neighbors span generations and so do their stories. Experience the SweetBay lifestyle. Anyone can take a self-guided tour during operating hours. Be sure to stop by the Welcome Center for any questions you have! Not ready to visit just yet? We have video tours for all of our homes.
